After 45 minutes free time for lunch (own expense), re-board your coach for the Swan Valley. Travelling out of Perth we head to the Swan Valley, Western Australia¹s first wine growing region. Further on we stop for wine tasting at the States oldest and best-known vineyard, Sandalford Wines. Founded in 1840, today they offer an extensive cellar and wine emporium gift store featuring wine accessories and works by local artists. Afterwards at Caversham Wildlife Park, we see native Australian animals, feed kangaroos and touch an adorable koala. We then stop at the Swan Valley outlet of the Margaret River Chocolate Factory. Here you can sample delicious chocolate and select a souvenir from their wide range.
From here we venture out to the coast breaking at Hillarys Marina for afternoon tea and time to browse the shops. We continue along the coast past renowned northern beaches including Sorrento, Trigg, Scarborough and City Beach. Our return journey back into Perth takes us via Parliament House, Barrack Street Jetty, Bell Tower and the Perth Mint with arrival back at approximately 5.30 pm.
