Cancellation

At Perth tourist lounge we apply our cancellation policy depending on different tour operator's cancellation policies. A flat cancellation fee of 15 % is applicable to all cancellations.

In addition (operator based fees) the following cancellation charges are applicable.

• Cancel within 48 hours of departure of tour or arrival into accommodation:
  75 – 100 % cancellation charges
• Amendments incur a cost of five dollars.
